Keeping the order of the menubar headings the same 
as the numerical order of the chapters would help. 
And also putting the chapter numbers in the menu-bar 
headings helps to see where you are. 
I think you could fit the chapter headings in ok -
they aren't that long. It's just confusing to have 
chapter headings and menu headings being different
with different ordering.
