I remember now adding 1 argument to MON_STATS_RL
and because it is also used in DEBUG package, I copied
the old version of mon_stats_rl.F to debug_fld_stats_rl.F 
in the debug package.
Concerning MON_STATS_RS, it is never used to print 
state variable statistics so I did not change this one.

Have thought putting more coherence in that part of code, later,
but ...
