Chris,

I've fixed some discrepancies in the download instructions (Sonya
tried following them and found some mistakes) so can you regenerate
the html from LaTeX.

I can no longer generate some of the images on my laptop or on auden.
scales.eps, globes.eps both fail. Don't know if there are others.
There are no errors. The gifs are simply unreadable.
