[Mitgcm-support] useCoriolis flag (PR#30)

Hello,

I'm not sure how the useCoriolis flag is supposed to work in conjunction
with setting f0 and beta.

I set f0=0 and beta=0 but didn't set useCoriolis, and the Coriolis term
apparently were still ON, overriding my set values.  When I then set
useCoriolis=.FALSE., then I got the results I wanted.

(I was testing the energy balance, and I knew Coriolis terms broke it, so
I'm assuming what when on with the rotation terms second-hand).
