Hi Patrick,

I think I've finished to check-in the NonLin-FS stuff (not for the release).

I've added an initialisation of all the CG2D.h arrays 
in ini_cg2d.F (some platforms that do not initialise and with 
the cube-sph exchanges, the corners part of the overlap are not set).
Also, I wanted to do it for NLFS (used in update_cg2d.F).

If this causes problems for the adjoint, this part can be put
in a ifdef NONLIN_FRSURF bloc.
