Hello,

I found a bug in mom_vi_del2uv.F (recip_DYG,recip_DXG and not 
recip_DYU,recip_DXV).
fixing it might reduce the mode 4 in CS runs with Shapiro.
I am trying to see if this makes
ShapUV_s2 stable with a fixed length scale.

Also, I think I understand why , in some case, the model is
more stable without Shapiro filter for T than with it:
T filter should be applied before calc_phi_hyd to have an effect
on momentum.
