[Mitgcm-support] checkpoint45a_pre ?

Hello,

I am going to check-in 2 small changes (part of the release)
+ H&S lat-lon (better parameters).

Since all the modifications added since checkpoint45 
are also part of the release, there is no need to make the tag 
checkpoint45a_pre (=checkpoint45) ? I will only tag the code after
(tag = checkpoint45a_post).

will start updating global_ocean/output.txt
