[Mitgcm-support] Fourier filter

Hello,

I've tried to apply the Fourier filter to the new input data files,
starting with the topography.
I found that the FFT modifies the topography even in the low 
latitude where it is not supposed to be applied.
The magnitude of this effect is relatively small (20 m)
but not negligable.

Is this "well known" or do I have to check carefully what I have done ?
