Hello,

Time discretization (+ non lin Free surf) document :
I change the notation (R_fixed replace R_min)
but keep r_surf (and not R_moving) since a lot of
other variables have the suffix _surf.

Need to refer to Part.1 equation number, but would
like to do so when the eq-label in part 1 will be OK
(right now, I get plenty of Latex error messages).

I checked in the few modif.
