[Mitgcm-support] last modifs

hello,

I 've checked the effect of the last changes (advection
of tracer):
* exp2 set up: 
only C4_Adv is different, and the differences come from 
the surface level (k=1).
* atmospheric set up with topo : 
Flx.Lim & C4_Adv are different, not
only for k=1 but in the interior also.
* None of the test-experiment results are affected.
