[Mitgcm-support] corners and ini_depths

Hello,

My last changes in ini_depths.F do not produce the same mask
in the overlap corner of the cube when flat topography is used. 
It does not seems to affect the results on Linux machine. 
Anyway, I will go back to the same definition as before (do the exchange
of R_low and Ro_surf whatever bathymetry/orography is read or not).
