Hi Jim,
possibly another dumb question from me today:
in shelfice_remeshing/code, when I diff STREAMICE.h with the reference 
version in the main code:
the 2 files appear to be 100% different (not one single line in common), 
which they are not. Make it difficult to see what you added to the code.

I think there are ^M everywhere in the version in shelfice_remeshing.

Same for all the streamice files in shelfice_remeshing/code.
