[MITgcm-devel] xx_genarr2d_weight and xx_gentim2d_weight

Hi Gael

I am trying to use genarr2d and gentim2d with updated code and i am
unfamiliar with the arrays xx_genarr2d_weight and xx_gentim2d_weight, which
are now necessary to use these controls.

Unless this functionality is to replace the preconditioners set in
data.ctrl, I do not need to use any weights, could you advise on sensible
values to use for these character arrays?
