[MITgcm-devel] ecco_cost_final.F

Hi Matt,

I will do a minor adjustment to your changes, replacing _GLOBAL_SUM_RL
by a call to GLOBAL_SUM_TILE_RL.
We tend to prefer the later one and, I think, in pkg/cost the substitution
has been made but not yet in pkg/ecco (but here, since you added a new
one, might be better to use the prefered version).

Let me know if it's not OK.
