[MITgcm-devel] OpenAD changes

Hi Patrick,

we have 3 OpenAD experiment that fail to compile:
 global_ocean.90x40x15
 global_ocean.90x40x15
 tutorial_global_oce_optim
The error seems different in each case. 
I did check global_ocean.90x40x15,
it needs to see S/R gad_implicit_r (since INCLUDE_IMPLVERTADV_CODE
is defined) that is excluded from OAD_support/dontCompile
but previously was not listed in global_ocean.90x40x15/code_oad/dontCompile

My impression is that this one would need to be put back in other
OpenAD experiments code_oad/dontCompile if we don't want to compile it.
