[MITgcm-devel] seaice verification experiments

Hi,

B-grid code is not "tested", we just check that we can compile it.
It's why the switch I proposed will not change any output,
because none of the 2 experiments curently use dynamics.
But I see it as a step towards improved offline_exf_seaice 
test case (with dynanmics this time).
