[MITgcm-devel] updating/distributing of comments in the_model_main

Hi Dimitris and others,

I updated and also make shorter this section in the_model_main.F
I kept only what I view (this is subjective) as the important
S/R call. Please take a look to see if it make sense and if
I did not miss something.
