[MITgcm-devel] updating/distributing of comments in the_model_main

Jean-Michel, as we discussed yesterday it would be good (for new and old users alike) if we could update (or remove) the outdated comments in the_model_main.F

My preference is what you suggested yesterday, i.e., to leave only a high-level description of code calling sequence in the_model_main and to distribute the lower level stuff to subroutines such as forward_step, do_oceanic_phys, etc.  This would also have advantage of simplifying maintenance of these comments.

I am happy to have a go at doing this - if you want me to do so.
