Hi,

Regarding the recent changes in the exf-interpolation part,
Oliver made some plots to compare:
- old rotation (as computed locally within exf_set_uv.F,
  now available with #define EXF_USE_OLD_VEC_ROTATION)
  versus model-grid rotation
- old exf-interpolation near the poles (now available
with #define EXF_USE_OLD_INTERP_POLE) versus the newly
  checked in one.
with ECCO-2 wind forcing on CS-510 grid.

attached figures are:
old_interp_NP.png : old-interpolation, old-rotation (left)
                    and new rotation (right)
new_interp_NP.png : new-interpolation, old-rotation (left)
                    and new rotation (right)
the plots show a view at the N.Pole, with wind
vector interpolated onto the model grid (in black) and
in blue, the original wind field.

Thanks,
Jean-Michel
