[MITgcm-devel] obsolete SEAICE_MULTICATEGORY flag

Hi Dimitris,
I think this only affects seaice_growth. I used some of the MULTICATEGORY
code, e.g. calculation of fluxes per thickness category, for the ITD code.
Your clean up should work.
Sorry, I missed the clean up discussion. Is MULTICATEGORY now standard,
i.e. always "on"?
