Dimitris,
do you remember how you generated icetopo.exp1 and phi0surf.jmd95z.exp1 for the isomip.icefront experiment? It would be good to have a "genmake.m" file for that. Maybe you can reconstruct it the one in isomip/input? I just updated that experiment, and I am not sure, if I did it correctly.
