[MITgcm-devel] SEAICE_RM_STRANGE_DIFF_FAC option

Hi Gael,

I find this SEAICE_RM_STRANGE_DIFF_FAC that you added recently
confusing:

a) the name itself: it's not something "strange", Martin added
some nice comments in seaice_diffusion.F routine.
And the name does not tell anything about something that is, from
my point of view, very important: Units of DIFF1 change.

b) it mess up units:
With this option defined, diff1 has different units depending 
on which advection scheme I use.
