[MITgcm-devel] Papers charting the development of MITgcm

This is a great idea - Thanks David!

I am currently working on a round-up of last year's MITgcm related
publications so, with my head in citation mode, it could be a good time to
overhaul this part of the site.

Chris - who should I take my lead from on this?
