[MITgcm-devel] devel_HOWTO

Jean-Michel, going over devel_HOWTO with Yun Xu (and as penance for my recent transgressions).

Is "3.2 Branches" section still valid?  I though we had merged the MAIN and ecco branches quite some time ago?
