Hi Jean-Michel,
good suggestions.
I had turned this off in ecco_cost_final, but indeed not in
cost_final (which is a better place).
Rationale for doing it, is that
we want to have the I/O once, during 1st forward sweep,
but not thereafter (during recomputations).
Fine with me to have a "driver turnoff routine".
Thanks for looking into this!
