[MITgcm-devel] recomps from smoothing package

Great news -- yeah thanks -- I diffed ad_taf_output to see what the  
recomputation was and it seemed minor -- but I wasn't 100% on that.

Anyway, very happy you are officially implementing this as it is a  
great package!
