Hi,

I have tried to update the seaice and shelfice description in the  
manual, but I realized that my latex does not go through latex2html  
smoothly (see Section 6.6.2.4 in <http://mitgcm.org/r2_manual/latest/online_documents/node250.html 
 >). Since I don't have a properly working latex2html (I am no longer  
willing to install, as my first 23 attempts failed), I cannot test my  
contributions to the manual. How can we solve this?
