[MITgcm-devel] seaice-sst cost

Hi Matt,

thanks for your mail.
Won't have time to look into this more closely, but:

What I've checked in is complete, in particular w.r.t.
routines you've listed below, except one routine.
I haven't seen or used Ian's code,
have done something on my own based on code Gael produced.
The only thing missing in repository is content for routine
seaice_cost_areasst.F.

Can send it to you if you want to take a look
(might need to wait 'til Thu. though).
