[MITgcm-devel] seaice-sst cost

Hi Patrick,

I'm trying to keep up to date....so i'm bugging you about updates :o)

I'm happy to see that you've started to implement seaice sst costs,  
and was wondering if you were going to check in the rest of the changes.

According to what I found you'll still need to edit quite a few files:
ctrl_dummy.h
seaice_cost_driver.F
ecco_ad_diff.list
seaice_cost_final.F
seaice_cost_init_varia.F
seaice_readparms.F

and add
cost_seaice_sst.F

I have made these edits (following Ian's work) and have attached the  
code below in case you would like to see it.

So far things (changes) are the same except I called SST 'smrsst' and  
you just call it 'sst'...but otherwise similar so maybe you could  
merge these changes in?
