[MITgcm-devel] pkg/thsice iceHeight and snowHeight

To answer my own question, after chatting with JM, iceHeight and  
snowHeight in pkg/thsice are actual thicknesses, contrary to HEFF and  
HSNOW in pkg/seaice, which are effective thicknesses, i.e., thickness  
multiplied by ice concentration.  D.
