[MITgcm-devel] pkg/thsice iceHeight and snowHeight

Martin or Jean-Michel, can you please confirm whether iceHeight and  
snowHeight are actual or effective thicknesses.  I had assumed that  
they are effective thicknesses, i.e., thickness times sea-ice  
fraction, as in pkg/seaice, but looking at thsice_advdiff.F I am not  
so sure anymore.  D.
