Hi, 

I am going to disable the CVS send mail to check-in > 100 .cvsignore
changes:
> update verification/*/build/.cvsignore:
>  -remove output files from mitgcmuv run;
>  -add: *.flowdir taf_command & taf_output
> update verification/*/run/.cvsignore:
>  -add: ecco_cost_MIT_CE_000.opt0000 & ecco_ctrl_MIT_CE_000.opt0000

will put it back afterwards
