[MITgcm-devel] DIVA discrepency (in profile package)

Hi Matt,

good catch, I've indeed missed this one
(not sure whether it's in pkg/autodiff).
The argument list in the S/R needs to be changed
with the now defalt omission of TAF flag -nonewarg.
Gael, could you do this and check it in?
