[MITgcm-devel] manual

Hi,

I did a full update of the "manual", and typed "make tex"
and got:
> LaTeX Error: File `part5/doc_ad_openad.tex' not found.
and also did not find any trace of the 18 (6.pm) building
of the manual on eddy (may be it's related to "Latex error"). 

May be, it would not be a bad thing to keep 2 separated links
to the manual(s), from the mitgcm.org front-page,
one that is the "very latest" even if it's broken,
and one that we know is working.
And by the way, need also to have some way to link to
a "fixed" (frozen) doc for people who needs to reference the model
(quiet hard to find at the moment, if you don't know).
