[MITgcm-devel] possible problem with seaice-ocean stress

Martin, since we are moving away from B-grid (and also from EVP, I think), why 
not call seaice_ocean_stress outside seaice_dynsolver, as you suggest, with 
appropriate warnings in seaice_check or seaice_readparms?  The only minor catch 
is that we clip ice velocities after calling SEAICE_OCEAN_STRESS so we would 
have to move that out of dynsolver too.  The other alternative, maybe cleaner 
all around, would be to move the DIFFERENT_MULTIPLE test inside 
SEAICE_DYNSOLVER.  What do you think?  D.
