Martin, when adding "StaggerTimeStep=.TRUE.," for
MITgcm/verification/lab_sea/tr_run.salt_plume
I find that it makes the test results on a separate platform
extremely sensitive.

Specifically on forge I force:
> Y Y Y Y>16<16 16 16 16 16 16 16 16 16 16 16 16 16 16 16 16 . . . . . . . . pass lab_sea/.salt_plume

and on a different linux box I get:
> Y Y Y Y> 6<12 12 9 8 13 14 10 7 8 10 7 6 8 10 7 6 . . . . . . . . FAIL lab_sea/.salt_plume

Is there something else that I need to be careful with, for example, the
advection scheme used for seaice, when I turn "StaggerTimeStep=.TRUE.,"

D.
