Jean-Michel, Patrick and I want to update pkg/seaice somewhat with more recent 
default parameters.  This will change some of the verification experiments.  In 
particular, we want to change

       SEAICE_rhoIce      = 0.91   _d +03

to

       SEAICE_rhoIce      = 0.92   _d +03

so that it becomes consistent with

       ICE2WATR     = SEAICE_rhoIce * 1. _d -03

Right now we are using .91 for SEAICE_rhoIce (which is used for surface pressure 
computations) and .92 for ICE2WATR (which is used for thermodynamic 
computations).  Typical value quoted in the literature is 0.917.

The above modification will alter the output of global_ocean.cs32x15.icedyn
