Hi David and Stephanie,

It seems that those modifications change the resuts of the
tutorial_global_oce_biogeo test,
see the recent testing on faulks with g77, compared to 
the one of yesterday on faulks or on eddy (still on the testing
webb page) with 16 digits for all ptracers.
If this is expected, would be good to update the output.txt
