[MITgcm-devel] drag coefficient parameterization(s)

Hi there,

Armin Koehl prompted a discussion on the parameterization of
the drag coefficient which I am trying to summarize and quickly
hacked into a memo, and am appending for discussion.

Bottom line is that by following Large & Yeager 2004
(which is our model default even for Large & Pond 1981),
we are getting too low wind stresses.
Appended note is meant for discussion.
