Hi Dimitri,

- no-slip-side + biharmonic horizontal viscosity (viscA4grid) has
changed (but we may be able to recover the old bugs quiet easily)
- bug in z* & no-slip-side : a fraction of side-drag was applied 
everywhere (even far from any boundary).
