Hi folks,

Greg (pls see below) will be working on our main NFS server on Tuesday
morning.  Please log off all the authors machines on Monday night and
kill any jobs that might be reading/writing to/from the orwell NFS
mounts.

  9am -- 10am

as orwell is the main nfs-server for the
authors-network (aka, the desktop-network),
it is recommended that you plan to start 
working "a little later than normal".

if tuesday is perfectly horrible timing, 
please let us know and we'll reschedule.
