[MITgcm-devel] modified testreport

Hi,

I've check-in a modified version of testreport that executes
the command ../input/prepare_run (if it exist) before
running mitgcmuv.
Also, I removed the option of building & running in /input,
and this simplify the job.

It seems to work for me on linux box. but not sure on other
systems. If someone wants to try:
MITgcm_contrib/jmc_script/testreport
