[MITgcm-devel] write_grid: MNC/MDS switch

Hello Ed,

I aggree with the general idea (and also the fact that 
my solution I was proposing few months ago is not
really a good one). 

To summarize what we just disccussed:

* one flag sitting in data.mnc, default=T,
* write grid.*.nc file (and not MDS files, unless outputTypesInclusive=T,
   in which case both are written).
* if set to F, only write MDS grid files.

If no objection, will be implemented soon.
