Hello

While on the subject of write_grid, would be it possible to add a few  
lines
of code to also write out the VERTICAL coordinate arrays, i.e., RC, RF,
drC, and drF. I find these very useful and its a pain to get access  
to them
UNLESS one is using MNC (which I don't), in which case these arrays are
written out.
