Ed,

there seems to be a hung process on mitgcm.org
or a left-over lock file(?)
which causes cvs to lock:

and Constantinos says he isn't doing anything.
Could you reboot cvs or mitgcm.org asap.?
(members of 54-1518 can't sudo on mitgcm.org).
