[MITgcm-devel] data.diagnostics: new option for per-file output precisions

Hi Gael, Dimitris, Andrea, & Jean-Michel,
I've added a "fileflags()" option to the data.diagnostics namelist input
that allows you to set the output file precisions (on a per-file basis)
to either Real*4 (using 'R ') or Real*8 (using 'D '). The
seven blank spaces are there for future inputs (should we want them).
And I've slightly modified the dic_example test to exercise this new
option.
The default output behavior is exactly the same as before, so no changes
there.
And I've attached a quick MatLAB script that I used to compare the
diagnostics output for the dic_example case when using both R4 and R8
settings for the fields. Everything seems to be in order but please let
me know if you spot any problems.
