[MITgcm-devel] makedepend, again

Hi Ed,

I had to change the position of RV1=$? to make it work. I moved it up 
to lines so that RV1 holds the status of 'makedepend genmake_tc.f', 
which is was supposed to do. I am pretty sure that this is the way it 
is supposed to be, but please check.
