It's just a detail, but it helps to clarify what has been modified
in the code, when only modified files are checked-in
(on the cvs webb, diagnostics_readparms.F, diff between version
1.13 and 1.12: - No changes -).

Also, I am little bit concerned about this line 39 in "diagstats_output.F"
 39 edhill 1.3       INTEGER listId, myIter, myTime, myThid
and would be nice also to document the new S/R argument (like the other 
arguments).
 35            C     !INPUT PARAMETERS:
 36            C     listId :: Diagnostics list number being written
 37            C     myIter  :: current iteration number
 38            C     myThid  :: my Thread Id number
