[MITgcm-devel] names and diagnostics

Jean-Michel, is pkg/timeave on the way out?
If so, how about completely getting rid of timeave
from gmredi and replacing it with the equivalent
functionality from pkg/diagnostics, which can then
serve a template for the "prefered" way of doing
this for other packages?
