Yes and no: yes, because I don't care about xmakedepend, as long as I 
don't need to use it. no, because, currently, it does not work at all, 
and I don't see, why we should have broken code/scripts in the 
repository. To my mind it makes more sense to have xmakedepend use 
/lib/cpp and remove this test for $CPP.
